A non-refundable deposit of USD 500 is required to book an appointment. Once paid, the patient has one year to schedule the procedure. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another person within the specified period, as long as the clinic is notified. The deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the dental procedure.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash in USD at our office. Colombian credit cards are not accepted. We do not process U.S. dental insurance in Colombia; however, patients may request reimbursement directly from their provider.

Our treatments include a standard one-year warranty. During this period, any veneer discoloration, detachment, or fracture will be repaired in-office at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover travel or accommodation expenses for international patients. To be valid, issues must be reported within the first year after treatment.

If the patient sends an additional amount beyond the deposit and cannot attend, that extra sum may be refunded. Appointments may be rescheduled within the one-year period, with at least one week’s notice. If no notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited.

These terms and conditions represent the sole agreement between the user and Smile by Anny Muñoz regarding the use of the website, replacing any prior communications or agreements.
